AI Use Policy

Effective Date: July 01, 2026

I value original creative work and the trust my clients place in my process. To protect the integrity of my ideas, concepts, drafts, and final deliverables, I do not permit my work to be uploaded, submitted, or otherwise disclosed to any artificial intelligence platform, machine learning system, or automated critique tool for feedback, training, remixing, or derivative creation without my prior written consent.

By engaging my services, you agree not to use my concepts, drafts, sketches, brand strategy, logo explorations, or final deliverables in any AI system for critique, feedback, prompt generation, model training, or the creation of derivative marketing materials. Any violation of this policy may be treated as a material breach of our agreement and may result in immediate termination of services and forfeiture of any nonrefundable deposit, where applicable.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all work I create for clients, including:

• Concepts and drafts.

• Sketches and design explorations.

• Brand strategy and messaging.

• Logos and identity systems.

• Final deliverables and related project files.

2. Client Agreement

If you choose to work with me, you agree to respect the original nature of my work and not to use it in AI platforms without permission. This includes using my work to generate critiques, revisions, alternative versions, marketing content, or training data.

3. Final Deliverables

I may grant a license or right to use final deliverables according to the terms of our agreement. However, that permission does not include the right to upload my work to AI tools unless I expressly authorize it in writing.
